Ballet - A lot of research has been done on the positive effects of Ballet as we get older.
Our classes are fantastic for the mind as well as the body. They help with strength, posture, flexibility, balance as well as co-ordination and memory.
The beautiful movements in Ballet gently exercise the whole body as you learn the basic technique of the steps.
We have classes for beginners as well as ones for those who have danced before and wish to improve their Ballet technique. Each class is designed for those in it and each dancer is encouraged to work within their means.
Tap - The perfect way to get those feet moving!! In these classes you can learn new tap steps all while keeping fit, Tap works the feet, legs, heart and mind with the wonderful rhythms and music.
We have classes for complete beginners and those who have tapped for a while and are looking for a challenge!
Dance Fit - The ultimate way to dance and keep fit at the same time! Theses classes are fun, energetic and high energy.
Each class is tailored to those dancers in it and each dancer is encouraged to exercise within their means, you learn fun dances to upbeat music all the while keeping your heartrate up and getting fit.

All our adult dance classes are booked in via the Gymcatch app, meaning you can book in to which ever class you fancy and for the days you can make it. Allowing that little bit of freedom when life is getting hectic!
