These classes are perfect for all abilities and ages, this is not a gymnastics class but a dance class that teaches simple acrobatic moves that can be include in dances.

At Stagelights Dance School students will be able to take exams and medal awards as well as our inhouse rewards in the Acrobatic dance syllabus, These fun classes will help the students increase their strength and flexibility.
